The ideal candidate will have a track record of management experience working in entertainment, event services, and hospitality. Experience with high volume is a must.
You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Health, safety, and sanitation standards training and oversight,
Daily operation of unique entertainment venues
Opening and closing of facility,
Supervise all large events and banquet activities,
Inventory management
Build your TEAM! – Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and continued development of all team members
Ensure the satisfaction of all guests by implementing and maintaining proper policy procedures,
Supporting all team members, ownership, and leadership in any way possible,
Representing the company in all times and all places.
